These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by 207 English Language Empowerment LLC, doing business as Birch Tree Educators ("Birch Tree Educators," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Birch Tree Educators is an English language education organization based in Maine. This Site is intended to provide information about our programs and to allow visitors to contact us or express interest in our services.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else. You agree not to:

The Site does not currently offer account creation, online enrollment, or payment processing. Any inquiries, expressions of interest, or program discussions arising from the Site are handled directly between you and Birch Tree Educators outside of the Site itself, and may be subject to separate agreements (for example, enrollment forms or program-specific terms provided at that time).
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Birch Tree Educators name and branding, and images — is owned by or licensed to 207 English Language Empowerment LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print material from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Birch Tree Educators. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maine.
